To better understand your upcoming production, you’ll first complete our in-depth Production Discovery Questionnaire. In it, we’ll dig into your production goals and needs, better understand your pain points and challenges, and see where and how we can help you.

Video Consultation.

We’ll arrange a 1-hour video call (working session) for you and your MCS producer to meet and go over your discovery questionnaire in more detail. We’ll outline your current production management needs, identify the gaps in the planning to execution workflow and offer real-time feedback, solutions, and resources for your pain points.

Your Production Blueprint.

After your consultation call, your producer will digest everything you’ve covered together and provide you with your customized Production Blueprint. This blueprint is a written document with recommendations and resources specific to your production and goals. We’ll also provide you with any necessary document templates or referrals to help you execute your upcoming shoot on time and under budget.
